On Thursday, May 15 at 7pm, #1 New York Times bestselling author Jeanine Cummins visits The Music Hall as part of the Writers on a New England Stage series to discuss her new book, SPEAK TO ME OF HOME. Her latest novel tells the story of Rafaela Acuña y Daubón after she uproots her young family from Puerto Rico to start over in St. Louis, Missouri. But when Rafaela’s granddaughter is critically injured in San Juan, Rafaela and her daughter, Ruth, quickly travel to Puerto Rico to gather at her side.
